There
is a reason that only 5% of the people in the US are Financially-Free
after working 30 to 40 years!
There
is a reason that only 2% of the people in the US own their
homes, and the other 98% are indebted to the banks for their
homes!
In
the US we have become a society of Indentured Servants
to the Banks! ... paying a significant
portion of our income to the Banks every month ...
"owing our souls" to the "company store"
like the Indentured Servants of yester-year. Taken
back to its root in old French, "mort" means
"death", and "gage" means "pledge",
so effectively for many people it really is a "pledge
until death." |
Compare
two situations ... both with the same income
and monthly expenses:
Our
US "Normal" Amortized Loan, First
Mortgage of $150,000 at 5.5% for 30 years = $ 851.75
per month
- Income
= $ 4,000 per month
- Mortgage
paid off in 360 months (30 years) with $156,630.00
paid for interest
- $
851.75 X 360 months = $
306,630.00 total payments
The
Australian, Canadian, New Zealand, England, UK, etc.
Line-of-Credit Loan, First Mortgage of $150,000
at 5.5%
- Income
= $4,000 per month
- Mortgage
paid off in 170 months (14 years, 2 months) with
$ 68,275.00 paid for interest = $218,275
total payments
- Interest
savings = $ 88,708.00
- Eliminated
payments = 190 X $851.75 = $ 161,832.50 (That
can NOW be put into a TFIG <Tax-Free Income Generator>
Program or other Investment / Retirement programs.)

Some
people look at this and say "this is too good to be true"
... however ...
"The
ultimate ignorance is the rejection of something you know nothing
about and refuse to investigate." (Dr. Wayne Dyer)
Do
yourself a favor and click on the "play" button below
to learn the simple truth about how the MCA works:
In
the US we have become a society of Indentured Servants to the
Banks! ... paying a significant portion of our
income to the Banks every month ... "owing our souls"
to the "company store" like the Indentured Servants
of yester-year. Taken back to its root in old French, "mort"
means "death", and "gage" means "pledge",
so effectively for many people it really is a "pledge until
death."
In
the 17th and 18th centuries people from all over the world were
clamoring to get to this New World.
It
promised freedom... and, a new start.
Sadly,
many people couldn't afford the boat ride to the New World ...
however, the promise of the New World was so appealing, that many
of them made a deal ... they would agree to be indentured
servants for a time.
To
pay for their boat ride over, they would agree to work for someone
for 3 to 7 years, and in the end, they would have a free life
in the New World ... at least that was the idea.
However,
the reality in many cases was that the indentured servant would
become further in debt to their "employer" who would
then agree to forgive that debt if they would stay on... many
times for the rest of their life.
Is
This Starting To Sound Familiar? It Should...
You
see, in the modern day we still have indentured servants,
or if you prefer, financial slaves ... however,
in our modern day of a "consumer credit lifestyle" the
obligation has stretched...
What
was 3 to 7 years is now 30 years ... or 40 years ... even 50 years...
or more.
And
that's assuming you don't become even further indebted to "your
master"... unfortunately, that's exactly what happens to
most people.
Wall
Street and the Banks do not want you to pay off your Mortgage
in less than 30 years ... so, unfortunately, in the US
we do not currently have the "Australian, Canadian, New Zealand,
England, UK, etc." Line-of-Credit Loan, First Mortgage
available to us.
HOWEVER,
WeXL has created the MCA (Mortgage Checking Account) program that
gives us the same result as the Line-of-Credit Loan, First
Mortgage ... paying off your mortgage in half
to a quarter of the time!!!
